Warranty
Ou permium selection of banded machines is covered by an unmatched warranty that ranges from 6 months to a yea. This warranty is meant to build customer confidence and satisfaction and demonstate that not only the manufactue, but also MTE as a business partner stand behind its quality products.
The waanty coves any manufactue defects. However, lack of maintenance and misuse is basically the customer esponsibility. However, the taining that we provide can ovecome and pevent such and incidence fom taking place.
Spare Parts Department
This department has been established to ensue that pats for you machines are available around the clock in case you need them. Spare pats ae available not only in Abu Dhabi, but also in Dubai and our infant branch in Sharjah.
